Dont try and worm your way out of it now Ernie. I remember him partnering Jaidi quite a few times and commenting on what a good partnership they had going. He only played as cover numbnuts.

Keeping him wouldn't have been impossible, but it would have caused even more problems at a time when we had more than enough.

Not sure we had more than enough- we had Cid!!! and AOB then was bought after as emergency cover. Ive no idea whether he is worse or better than Knight, I was just responding to some clown who didnt have a clue what he was on about.

He made his England debut on 28 May 2005 as a substitute against the United States in a friendly match. He gained his second cap in a friendly against Colombia on 31 May.
