Think Riga got a two year contract last year. I am not one of the anti Megson brigade, but the bench does not contain a single striker. A goalie 6 defenders two midfielders and Riga. Would have thought that a run out as sub for Obedayi or Harsanyi ,who have played well in the 2 reserves games, would have paid off. Get them used to 1st team football against a Dutch Div 2 side. What happens re attacking options next season if Elmander gets injured again? We are stuck with the high ball up to KD and playing silly buggers not naming subs like at Arsenal last season.

July 28, 200917 yr finished 2-1 to bolton according to the bolton news commentary updates both sean davies and sam ricketts permormed really well and appear to be settling into the side - particularly sean davies agree with passmosster, we really need to bring in some attacking options and soon. if chung had his permit he would likely have played or at least been on the bench but that still would leave just 2 other attack-minded players in the squad apart from davies and elmander hopefully meggo gets asked about his progress in signing new players in the post-match interview - and hopefully he has some encouraging news
