August 6, 200916 yr From what ive read in various places Nugent is supposed to be a wanker with a shit attitude so id be suprised if Megson went for him. I watched him a few times for Preston and he was outstanding, i just think there is too many question marks to be answered on his part and we dont need that right now. You need to be fucking good at what you do to be able to have a bad attitude, imho. I didn't think much of Anelka's attitude prior to his arrival either. Come to think of it, even after his arrival he rarely tracked back to help out in an often struggling defence, prefering instead to wait at the half-way line for half a chance at getting the ball. (Mmmm, we could learn something there!) What he did do, though, was put the ball in the back of the net with regularity. If Nugent did that he could, IMO, be forgiven for having an attitude. Besides, I think the attitude would be altered by our obvious dressing room camaradrie.
