jonathan Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 (edited) We prob wouldn't get him as there would be plenty of other takers. But I thought that about Martin Petrov and Coyle pulled him out the bag. If this story in the mirror is true (big if I know) then would definately be worth a punt. He would work really well with K Davies, scores goals, proven prem and international player and links well with the midfield. If he's avaialable for around ?5m then definate must http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Tottenham-transfer-news-Aston-Villa-and-Birmingham-on-alert-as-Spurs-drop-asking-price-for-Robbie-Keane-to-8million-article488303.html Edited June 24, 2010 by jonathan

Guest Biff Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 I hear he's a lifelong Bolton fan. Aye, he always scores against Bolton. Means he'll be bobbins playing for us.

jonathan Posted June 24, 2010 Author Posted June 24, 2010 hopefully coyle can use his celtic and irish influences to bring him here can you imagine if our starting line up for next season looked like this tho: Jussi Steinsson, Cahill, Knight, (New LB) Lee, Muamba, Wilshire, Petrov Keane, K Davies pipe dream i know but it could happen!
Casino Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 sounds like the tactics fcuking mcgovern would employ jesus

I hope New LB can defend and tackle 'cos the others can n't. I think the Petrov signing might rule out wilshere's return, unless OC is thinking of dropping 4-4-2. You maybe could survive with a 5 by adding an up and down midfielder to the above and playing 1 up front. My missus buys clothes like people on here buy footballers, 'well it was in the sale' she said after buying her latest new top, she also now wants fitted wardrobes because of all the bargains.
