This new prem league rule of only being allowed a 25 man squad has got me thinking .

 

by my reckoning we currently have 28 recognised under that banner , so the ones to leave out would be Hunt , Riga , Samuel .

 

So say for example we sign Nugent then young Danny Ward would likely to be farmed out on loan again . And if and its a big if we got wilshere back on transfer deadline day would then that mean that a current squad player will have to drop out ?

 

is this how it works in principal or does anyone know different. what are your choices of the ones to miss out ?

I think you're allowed to use as many under 21 players as you want. That'd mean that Ward, Wilshere and Alonso wouldn't need to be registered as part of the 25.

Only 10 foreigners in our squad, so we should be able to stick another 7 foreigners in here for Shittu, McCann, Samuel, O'Brien(s), Basham, even if Cahill goes.

However, Al Habsi had a 48 hour release clause so we will need to leave a squad space for him.

i must of seen 7 good prem sides in the last few days say that they wont have players making the cut and they will reassess in january.

i reckon there will be some good players moving on loan for 6 months.
