I disagree on both.

Nolan was at it all game that day, and if you look back, pas his goals you will see, he has alwasy done it,.

Fellaini is just stupid, really thick. He jumps using his elbows, just like Kevin Davies does.....but he is much taller, so people come off worse.

How ANYONE can excuse that tackle above, I will never know.

im not excusing the tackle at all.

There is jumping with your elbows raised for elevation and then theres swinging them to intentionally hurt someone.

Since Fellaini signed for Everton he's been booked 23 times.

Davies has been booked 19 times in the same period.

And played more games.

You're on fire today, though, keep it up.

Pabbers, your arguments became void after claiming your man hadn't played in two years following that tackle.

Players are human, they make mistakes occasionally. Your man with the hair, however, seems to make his filthy gamesmanship a large part of his game. Live with it.

Fellaini is dirty, as is Davies.

BUT, Nolan is a cowardly twat, and I hope he get's done very soon. Cunt of a footballer.

An elbow to END A PLAYERS CAREER ???

Im still waiting for ANYTHNG even half as bad as that Nolan Tackle.

the face is a very fragile part of the body, if you go for someone with an elbow, there's no telling how how it will end up

"On November 8, in a Championship game between Barnsley and Sheffield United, Tykes forward Iain Hume was on the end of a challenge by Blades Chris Morgan that left him with a fractured skull. An injury so serious that Hume received emergency brain surgery"

"In 1992, Torquay United's John Uzzell had his career ended, after being elbowed in the face by Brentford's Gary Blissett. Uzzell required reconstructive surgery and was almost blinded by this incident."

"Tottenham skipper Gary Mabbutt had his cheek bone shattered and an eye socket splintered in three sections following an elbow from John Fashunu."

"Nicky Summerbee was another victim of the elbow in 2000, when the then Wimbledon defender Ben Thatcher caught him in the face. Despite receiving a red card, Thatcher was banned for just two matches for the offence. He obviously didn't learn his lesson, as in 2006 he drove his elbow into Pedro Mendes' head during a Premiership match between Manchester City and Portsmouth. Mendes was left unconscious, requiring oxygen at pitch side having suffered a seizure. This just three weeks after Thatcher had elbowed a player in the chest, during a pre-season 'friendly'. His victim, Yang Chungang of Shanghai Shenhua, sustained a career-threatening collapsed lung as a result."

but as it says

violent intent could not be proven but if you throw enough shit at a wall, some sticks

"The footage is clear, Fellaini elbows Hull's Michael Turner not once but twice"

"Marouane Fellaini ... was booked for using his elbow to jump in a challenge with James Perce on Saturday afternoon"

"Against Aston Villa on Sunday Fellaini's elbow connected with Curtis Davies and Zat Knight without proper punishment"

"Marouane Fellaini has revealed how a secret meeting between some of football?s most influential bosses helped him to change his ?dangerous? way"

Just like Ferguson was.

Eye, very dirty. But still not career ending.

No mater how many Fellani links, Ferguson links.

Huge difference between what Fellain and Kevin Davies does, to what Nolan does and De Jong does.

If you dont see that then your an idiot.

Nolan's tackle on Anichebe was a yellow card at most.

Nolan was never the same player once Allardyce left. Both Sammy Lee and Megson ruined him.

He was never the same player when Okocha left. He became our creative midfield man aswell as our midfield goal scorer. Was too much for him. Noaln was always good at scoring 'box' goals.

Fellaini is constant offender with the elbow, even by his own admission with that "less dangerous" quote

fact is, despite his practice, I doubt he's accurate enough to know whether an elbow would end up being a career threatener or not, particulary if he leads with it

he does it alot and it could quite easily end up like an injury described in those links

just because he hasn't ended anyone's career when doing it, doesn't mean it's no better or worse than a two footed challenege, which also may or may not end a career

and I think it's fair to say Fellaini does more elbows than Nolan does two footed over the ball tackles, though I don't have anything to back that up

No mater how many Fellani links, Ferguson links.

aplogies for using some facts in my arguement, I know it's not your style
