Did it in 48 mins 14 seconds.Personal best by 2 minutes 45 seconds.4197 out of 38k.Also raised some dosh for charity.Our Amir King fired the gun to start us off. Highlights Clint Boon on decks at 6k,jelly babies at 8k and sprint towards finish with thousands of folk on Deansgate.Junior cheering me on ;-) Non Highlights Running past Old Trafford,runners with headphones and people walking after 3k. Week off then training for Great North Run in September. Bye bye Old reebok trainers did me proud but sparks flying off them on Deansgate as rubber was hanging off.Hello new Reebok trainers.
