Not been this season due to work and holidays but fancy a trip with lad on Saturday. Wanna buy 1 adult and 1 kid ticket for anywere but for some reason cant off the club website. Keeps coming up as a 3 match ticket bundle for scum / norwich / chelsea. Any advise as to whats happened and is it a permanent change.

Whatever happens ticket wise i will be in Scotts from half 1 for a or 3

I can relate. Had this happen loads to me last year. They couldn't even apply my ?5 discount for my tik as I was a club member. I gave up trying and now always pick them up in person.

Even on my phone I got to the buying of tickets bit fairly quickly and painlessly on the website just now.

I'm having the same problem. Last season I could take my kid in the North Stand Upper (family area) at a reduced price. We printed the tickets off at home and it was effortless.

When I looked the other day, (bwfc.co.uk) I saw the same offer for the Norwich game. I've just been back to download the tickets but the relevant webpage has disappeared!

Why should you have to ring up, and wait and wait, and wait, to talk to some numpty, when last season we could do it online?

Anyway, the website is working now and I've just downloaded the tickets - even though I have paid more than last season. The family offer has gone

Maybe there is only a limited availability of family tickets and they have all sold out

Just rang Bolton central and ended up with "Thicketline".

Spoke to some girl and was inquiring about upgrading my lads ticket to an adult ticket for today's match. What a numb cow.After expleining three times what i was trying to do, she commenced to try and sell me a new ticket for today's match, then a new season ticket, then told me she cant upgrade the ticket or give me a price i would have to go to BWFC!! Priceless.
