December 12, 201114 yr Author Pegged it at my current age. I've got my dad's Blue Hawaii on original vinyl. Is it worth owt? Worth more if you keep. He is the only man ever that I can see what the fuss was about. He had the lot. I love his cheesy films, and his music, and his cover versions of any song were better than the originals. The conspiracy stuff is obviously people desperate to hold onto anything, BUT, you can not deny that some of the 'Evidence' is very very strange to say the least. Either way, I love the bloke, and was milked on his Voice.
December 12, 201114 yr Behave bint. He's one of the most imortant and famous people ever to grace this earth. That goes without saying, but I question an under 40 year old really understanding what an impact & change he made to many peoples lives No offence intended !

December 12, 201114 yr Author That goes without saying, but I question an under 40 year old really understanding what an impact & change he made to many peoples lives No offence intended ! December 12, 201114 yr Author Fair point, but you see so many people professing to know what a man's music meant to him and his fans Pass it on Pablo, As I said, I was milked on him. Every young childhood memory involved Elvis music, or me wanting to dress as him at fancy dress parties, and do my hair as his as a 5 year old. The man had the lot. A man that inspirational does not even need to be alive to influence people, as in my case. Edited December 12, 201114 yr by Pablo

He's one of those artists who can make me cry just listening. & I'm sure it's not just the sentimental side of my childhood & father no longer being here. He really was that good.

December 12, 201114 yr Over rated shiyte. Cringeworthy. The only concession I will make is that he was smart enough to steal his music from black blues and gospel singers.
December 13, 201114 yr Over rated shiyte. Cringeworthy. The only concession I will make is that he was smart enough to steal enlightened enough to take inspiration for his music from black blues and gospel singers. Corrected for you.
December 13, 201114 yr Without doubt one of the most talented performers to have ever graced this earth. His stage presence was incredible and he's one of those performers if I could turn back time and actually watch them live I would do (sorry, bit of a Diddles comment that). Not so keen on his acting but ne'er mind. Was such a shame he turned into a big, fat sweaty mess and he departed this world in the manner he did. Mind you, whilst his life was a relatively short one, it must've been a fucking good one.
I knew it !
