Yours is Klasnic. Jsl

My issue with Klasnic is that he should no get 90 minutes, he did very little again last night, he's worth 25 minutes at the end of a game that's my opinion the masses seem to think he's god because he scores now and again, but adds not much in any other department.

Pratley hasn't got any stick at all has he.

People have just passes comment on his ability.

Is that not allowed now?

No stick in the stadium but on here there is a large contingent slag him off, no one has said you can't criticise a player just seems that Pratley is an easy target and many have jumped on the anti Pratley bandwagon, I'm more than confident that Pratley will come good.

Really?

Wasn't it recently where he had the highest number of yards covered in the game by any of our team? It's a lazy assumption that he doesn't do much - compared to when he first came he's a regular workaholic now.

Call me a sceptic but dont believe the figures and if they are true my eyes tell me that he does not get there quick enough to make a jot of difference, would like to see his stats for blocks and tackles and defending from the front, we need goals but in our position we need a bit more of the other, maybe Ngog can help do a bit of the other and compensate for Klasnic.

See i thought klas was decent last night and part of the reason we kept the ball better with him playing deeper and showing for the ball and showing good touches. Each to their own i guess!

I bet Pratley was thanking his lucky stars that Samba headed wide, if Samba had scored Pratley would of got lynched.

Your right but at least Pratley keeps trying to get into the positions hope he keeps that up because sooner or later he will hit the net and that will do him the world of good.

I hope you're right, but whose place do you think he should take?

Pratley just needs a goal he is getting into the right positions and just needs the rub of the green, he is every bodies favourite whipping boy at the moment Bolton fans always need one, the last one was Matt Taylor, would love him to still be at the club.

problem being though we're Bolton,we only get 1 chance, if that chance had fallen to Klasnic the net would of rippled.

That pass should never have gone to Pratley, an earlier ball would have sent Tuncay through 1 on 1.

I think Pratley's freshness and engine got him into the position for that chance

It wasn't the worst effort in the world either; the idea was good but the execution was poor

He's not a starter for me and I don't see his position starting in a 4-4-2

Possible useful sub though

Aye, happy for him to be used a sub ahead iof midfield to give us more legs.

It was almost a defensive sub from coyle last night

Yep it seemed to be; his legs being used to close down and harry them

At the moment in a 442 he is behind muamba and coker but he could be useful as a sub for fresh legs offers an attacking threat as well, he could play in a 4-5-1 with the other 2 and I also would like to see him given a chance with Muamba, the pair of them have good energy and might compliment each other, deserves a bit of leeway while he settles.

I'm with Micky, the Wolves game is far more important than the Newcastle game.

I'd probably settle for a defeat if it meant beating Wolves. 6pts from 3 games is still a good return.

No !

We need another performance against the barcodes like last night. Another defeat and moral is back to rock bottom. While we're all fired up lets go.

Apart from the top class lay off on the half way to reo coker at the start of the 2nd goal.

Pratley is a million miles from being a premier league centre midfielder at the moment.

Have a look at the goals conceded when hes supposed to be in the middle of the park

beat me to it

but aye, I was going to say that

a touch like that can be worth more than covering 50 yards in 2 minutes keeping "busy"

Exactly

I think some people are blind if they dont see things like that. A pivotal point in that 2nd goal, thats anyone else there ngog, davies, tuncay we dont score there, end of

you can call it a bandwagon if you want, or a popular opinion, or an observation - all fit

he's had as many games as most this season, 16, and still not had anything like an impact in any game, or made much of a telling contribution, or in general done much other than to make our midfielder look weaker

but by thinking Pratley will come good would suggest currently you think he's not good, which is what the rest of us think anyway

Pratley really isn't a central midfielder.

For Swansea, he played just off the striker, getting a ton of goals in the process (similar to what Nolan did at Bolton under Big Sam). When we moved Nolan back to central midfield his performances dropped. Pratley should be used as a sub for a striker when we're looking to hold a lead, or when we want to play defensive and hit on the break.
