My mrs paid ?2 for some 'Pancake Mix' from the bakery....even though we had all the ingredients in the house, to make our own!!!! I grate Bannan/apple and add Cinnamon to the mixture. 1 cup of flour 1 cup of milk 1 egg pinch salt grate fruit into the mixture. spoon into hot pan.....BOOM. Soooo easy, and my son absolutly adores them. If you can get hold of Blueberry syrup.......mnom mnom mnom !!!!! Edited February 22, 201214 yr by Pablo
