April 2, 201214 yr There's a school in Bolton called St Ethelbert's so there stands a chance there was, at least up until the cull of saints by JP2 I was guessing on the basis that his dad was called after another school in Bolton... I remember Ethleberts - still have the scars on my knees from that crappy red gravel football pitch their school team used the play on. Bit like Oldham on the plastic in the 90's, they used to beat all comers at home.
