I think what needs to happen is for more of Phil's overall views and personality to be put out there. Now, it might be that he's a shit chairman (I don't think so from what I've seen, but there you fo - it's one opinion) - but there's no reason for the guy to be hated for that if it's the case. Same as what i'd hate to see is Owen be abused personally by fans because he's not winning games. My position is that you slate the job and leave the bloke alone. But I accept that's just a personal view and it's informed by meeting people.
