Where do they dig these Bolton fans up from?

Ha ha! I haven't got it on but I knew it'd be all the spazoids and twatspatulas.

Does Sky still do you're on Sky sports on? i used to love that programme.

What's the consensus of people or is it a load of different names being banded. Whoever we get in, you get the feeling it won't be universally popular like oc's appointment.

Has anyone yet mentioned a 50-odd year-old born in the West Midlands of Scottish parents?

(No - not Allardyce, but someone else who fits that profile.)

Has won league titles in 2 countries, won a national cup with 2 different clubs, coached in the England age-groups set up, managed 2 separate national teams and is currently topping a national league 6 matches into the season (though admittedly with the most famous team there).

They all watch episodes of Seinfield whilst reminising about concentration camps.

And celebrate the fact that no fuckers ever seem to be able to stamp them out. Turds that run the banks and won't flush :D

Had some chap phone into BBC the other day from Leigh saying it should be Phil Brown, Brian Horton and himself taking over, he was serious too. Had to turn it off, embarassing.

He's probably talking out of his arse, to be fair. Should've stuck to gas fitting.

I know its likely to be complete bollocks, but whats all this 'end of the season' shite?

Why the fuck would we want a manager for 3 quarters of a season, its likely to be somebody seen as stop-gap who then has to be given a 'fair go' if he does manage to get us into the premiership, at which point he is likely to fail (otherwise we would have given him a longer contract) leaving us in the shit in the premiership again.

On the other hand he doesn't get us promoted, we say thanks but fuck off, and again we're back to square one of looking for a manager.

The most successful managers are in for the long term and no decent manager is going to be interested in a 8/9 month job at Bolton, I just don't see how it could benefit us.

P.s, I realise its all hypothetical as it has never been mentioned by the club, it just pisses me off when I hear it mentioned.
