Ream and Mills are bogwank

Zat Knight is miles better than either of them

I thought Ream showed enough last season to prove he's decent enough, and should definitley be at this level. Admittedly he's not looked up to scratch this season but maybe a run in the team will get his levels back up to where they should be.

Glass half full and all that.

Having said that, I still think I'd rather see Ricketts at CB ... but that means Mears staying at RB. Booo. Every silver lining has a cloud.

Tim Ream is not a defender

And he's certainly not a midfielder

In fact, I don't think he's a footballer

I'd feel safer with Seagraves and Winny at the back

I think Ream is a reasonable footballer, but he's weak as piss. I'd hoped that they'd work on his physical strength during the summer, but under Coyle it was never going to be a priority.

I'd play Knight & Ricketts at centre half, & give Riley a chance at full back, if he' s fit. If not, it's a choice of least bad between Ream & Mears.

I do think its confidence with Ream. That mistake at Huddersfield at the end where he completely missed the ball and fell over, you can tell he wasn't comfortable.

Dougie likes rotation so maybe he'll get his chance at CB.

i think knight is shit

he's the one constant in years of shit defending

and ream might just be a left back

think we've exhausted all other possibilities

I reckon a decent centre half will be the first position Dougie is looking to strengthen - and then hope Wheater comes back soon too. Knight has been reasonable this season but I'd look reasonable next to mills or ream

Danny shittu at millwall is in the running for championship player of the month.

I vote for him

Couple if million max

I agree. Maybe give him a try at left back in the reserves & at the worst , he'll still be better than Alonso !!

me n you would be better than alonso
