That's what happened back in those days.

A more sensible lenient approach to stewarding. Nowadays the job seems to done by ex-bouncers who can't get work elsewhere or can't get registered to man the doors.

The steward who gripped him was a cunt of the highest order, then the 4 or 5 coppers who tried to take over made it into an event when all they had to do was usher him back into the stand. Not surprised one bit that he ended up in court as the police/steward made a big deal out of a pretty harmless celebration and then had to follow it through.

That was his story too. Couldnt beleive they kept him in all night!!

Saw this, he put his hands up and tried getting back in the stand. When we scored again they the camera in all our faces.
