i agree totally J. Some cunts at my place were saying the same a while ago. I source the work,do site surveys,liaise with clients,measure up,give the estimates,run the job before during and after,do the invoicing etc. Those cunts just turned up and did a lot of moaning plus a bit of graft. No wonder one was fucked off last year and another was sacked complete with a broken nose and black eye. The lads in now are miles better and i'm happier to have them
