If You Were The Boss

A test of loyalty or sticking to your guns ?

Last year when my outfit was roughly riding the choppy financial seas,my so-called business partner left and went elsewhere, leaving me responsible for all the firm's debts etc with that fat little wanker not even offering a brass fucking button of assistance.

I'd picked up this worm 3 years ago when his former employer sacked him 3 weeks before Christmas and basically,I had a sore back for a couple of years as I carried the cunt on a daily basis.

Anyway, fast forward, and the prick has been sacked again and has had the cheek to ask me for another chance. He also asked me to sack the young lad who I mentioned the other week, who's basically done a Darren Pratley since I employed him and is doing a blinding job.

My former business partner knows I've picked up huge contracts and won my biggest ever today, which is a whopper doing all the scouseside council's liquid plastic contracts. The deal is huge, and ongoing for a hell of a long time

What would you do ?????

I'm a very loyal person, but the maggot's phone number was deleted from my phone earlier and death threats issued in his direction.

Fuck him off.

I think you've already made your mind up.

Sounds like you dont need him anyway.

My thoughts and actions exactly M.

The little shit was given the Spanish archer straight away. At work the prick was known as Mongo (from Blazing Saddles i think) and is/was an absolute liability. He browses this forum occasionally but never posts due to his lack of intelligence.

If you're reading this K,do not ever ring me again you wanker

Left you in the shit now wants to take the cream? Let the turncoat rot

I need him like I need a kick in the head S.

I'm gobsmacked by the cheeky twat's audacity. It's a good job i'm getting merry on a bottle of mulled wine I managed to relocate, otherwise I'd be storming round to his trailer tent and wrecking it

Asking to get shut of a lad who you took on in good faith is reason enough for me. What damage would that do to a young lad if you laid him off for nothing ?

stick with the new young lad

whos the best BJ in the van on a cold winters morning

Exactly M. My ex business partner knows the young lad in question very well to make matters worse. The poor mite was worried sick this morning that he was going to lose his job,but he's got my backing 100%.

On tuesday after work,I took him to Horwich village, where he put down the deposit for his first ever house. I'm proud of the young lad for the way he's been the last couple of months and long may it continue.

If I can help salvage one poor soul from life's growing scrapheap, then my own life has been worthwhile

Fucking hell, we are in a 30s depression. It's like a storyline out of Brass. :)

Give him a slap for being so cheeky.

Liquid plastics is that similar to polyroof si without the fibre glass?

He got one of those for Christmas last year when the rat left the sinking ship.

If I told you lot what i've had to contend with over the last few years with him and his mongy paranoid blubberybeast tart, then I'm sure you'd be sending dogshit through the post plus give him a real spanking.............

If it's in Liverpool, i hope it's liquid nitrogen.

Ring him up, and tell him all about the new contract and how you're going to need loads of help just to carry all the extra cash to the bank.

Then say you need his help, as you can't decide whether to get a Mercedes or BMW with the profits.

I reckon he'll hang up before you get tired of laughing at him.

Slightly off-topic but 'business partnerships' are flawed. The amount of partnerships that turn sour eventually is very high.

It is S,lots of different systems though. We use the ones with fleece re-inforcement, such as Tor-coating or Kemper.

The contract i've secured is using the Kemperol system, which the Gherkin building and Empire State Building is coated with (i never did that job though)

Expensive bit of kit though,£350 plus vat for 12.5 litres which covers approx 2/3 of a standard garage.

Far too good and expensive for being used on the borough council of Merseyside and Halton

Councils spend a load of coin before the new tax year in April.

A couple to start with Traf

The retard decided to get some business cards printed and he fucked up royally by spelling his own wrong...i kid ye not....i had to rectify that classic

His demented missus is paranoid and convinced he's having an affair even though she calls him ''that fat idiot''. One day she rang him whilst we were on a lunch break, she said 'it's quiet, you're in a woman's house. To prove you're not, take a pic of your lunch and send it to me''.............the fool actually did take a pic as proof !!!

Honestly C,you wouldn't believe have the stuff I could tell you esp when I lent him money last Christmas so he could buy presents etc, then the shithouse did one. Boy,did he get an unhappy New Year for that schoolboy error

That's the script we're on with now S,they're spending the dollar to ensure the same budget for next year. I'm not complaining though.
