Soft soled shoes for a while helped but it just went over time

Like walking barefoot over glass; I feel your pain pal

Compared with gout, it's barely worse than pins n needles.

I thought it was the medical term in latin for blue waffle disease.

Compared with an anal stretch it's barely worse than pins n needles.

I had it for months - tried insoles and all all manner of stuff, nowt worked.

Then spent 2 weeks in Spain wearing flip flops and that cleared it up. Should be prescribed on the NHS

ive currently got it in my right foot, iam now waiting to see a specialist to sort the problem out, apparently they just give you some insoles that you put under the arch of your feet, but I agree with jules it is like walking on broken glass

Hop on your good foot.

HTH

Roll a tennis ball under your bad foot when sitting down.

I had an injection. It was without doubt the most painful thing ever, and didn't work at all.

Plenty of exercises available online which will help but there are no remedies.

rub it with a balloon.

I've got it. There's calf stretching exercises that help and rolling a jam jar under your foot helps too. Had the injection and that only seemed to work for a fortnight.

The best cure is alcohol.. And plenty of it...

Try replacing the jam jar with a can of pop that's been in the freezer :good:

As I said... Alcohol

It fucking hurts, I got it from playing netball. Soldiered through cos I'm hard As nails

Its a real bitch to get rid of, I had it after the London marathon. To get rid I used to stretch the foot before even stepping out of bed for about 5 mins and then more stretching throughout the day. Also get some *good* arch support insoles, that helped a lot as well. Took 10 months to clear up. Good luck.
