2012 was best.

When Jay Z came out singing wonderwall.

Superb and a huge two fingers to those including Noel Gallagher that said he couldn't pull it off.

91 when we scaled the heras fencing...

knicked someones tent and got leathered on e's & acid...

like football.....commercialised shite now

Been loads of times.

Best was Iggy Pop forgotten year but half the crowd were on stage with him.

2010?

Orbital..no idea what year.

Never been and never fancied it

Few years ago though watched Prodigy one night on TV from there....it looked amazing

Lad who works for me, his Dad's full time job is managing one of the stages; world stage or summat....dunno what he does the rest of the year like, as he seems to think it's a full time gig. Nice lad but a Boro fan from Farnworth so that may explain it

now that ould have been good for me. never been  this one  but been to most others. Never wanted to camp, and G is miles ways from a decent B and B.

Enjoy watching it. I don't, however enjoy listening to the twattish Radio 1 presenters and that Edith who looks like she's got a hair stuck in her mouth.

Done Leeds and Download a few times in the past but never Glastonbury. Grew up with my sister going mad over it, attending and watching on TV though and I loved it just going off the stories she told about it.

I remember The Prodigy most vividly from back then probably about 1997 - it blew me away.

To be honest, theres nothing better than those hours after getting back to your camping area after seeing the bands, setting up a fire and getting leathered.

I think the thing about Glastonbury is it isnt just a music festival. You can't compare.  There's some proper mentalists there in the other areas, the music is only a part.

Still, it is commericialised now, even the freak shows.

Leeds, they do a bus from the city centre that drops you off right outside the Hilton. Sorted.

I know there are those who go to Glastonbury with no intention of ever even seeing a band - seems a lot of money to spend just to go for a smoke and a connection with nature!

Glasto, they show Friday's highlights, then repeat them on Saturday and again Sunday. All them stages and they'll repeat the same shit over and over.

Then when the bands play other festivals, people who watched Glastonbury on TV turn up expecting a repeated performance.

Same as creamfileds for me...nice pilled up walk to premier inn in Warrington.

Bollocks to camping,it's hard enough trying to sleep as it is.

I think we're going camping in France this year. I've got this idea it'll be great fun so don't be ruining it, you old funnyduddy!

Last time I camped was in hawkshead in the lakes about 3 years ago.

We basically got smashed on pills and cider round a fire for 10 hours.

Each to there own like but it's too much fucking about for the actual reward IMO.

I prefer to upgrade when I go o holiday, not pay to sleep rough.

In fact I realise how daft that sounds when I find it brilliant that hundreds or thousands of people will travel abroad to the city where a match is being played yet never have any chance of actually watching their team play.

So, fair play to em!
