History.

Listening to Darren Campbell this morning and said she'd changed her mind, and wasn't going to now.

So presumably, she was intending to.

She was entered for both sprints but with a nominated reserve for the 200 who was in the draw before the 100 final.

Aye, it was known last night

Btw, malc

I see the former wonderkid jodie williams is running the 2

What happened to her

Lots of injuries or just a very early developer who just didnt go on as we wouldve hoped?

She moved from Herts Phoenix to Phoenix Arizona in 2016, and has become a far more composed individual. 151 straight wins as a junior is not good for anyone.

Certainly a spectacular record

Maybe she can still flourish

I can’t read anything malc posts anymore without Chariots of Fire playing in my head.

I’ve nothing more to add. Sorry.

Brilliant

What a fantastic kid

She has run over 450 races in the last 13 years, so 'kid' is perhaps inappropriate.

I'd have thought a bloke of your years,  Malc, would understand the term kid for folk still young enough to run about a lot.

Looks like KJT will be striking gold too.

Callum Hawkins fourth in the Marathon for the second successive World Champs, missing a medal by 6 seconds after catching the leading trio around 25 miles.

Watched it - he did very well indeed, particularly with the weather conditions. 6 seconds makes it sound closer than it was though.

Great TV these final few days
