October 28, 201312 yr daft i suppose somebody somewhere will argue the match crowds will be higher with limited coverage
October 28, 201312 yr It does seem to be a bit daft that all the games aren't "free to air" on one of the terrestrial channels. Anyhoo, I'm thinking of going to the game that's played at Leyth next week "Tonga v Cook Islands" it promises to be a classic - is anybody off here going? Edited October 28, 201312 yr by CWP

If you use the promo code 'BOC' you can get them half price. Chop chop though as I think there's less than 100 left for the terrace behind the sticks.

October 28, 201312 yr Which particular website do I want to be using? What he said ^^^ Do Leigh get a cut if you book through them? I'm not bothering if the terrace sells out though, can't be arsed sitting down at rugby Edited October 28, 201312 yr by Pie Eater
October 28, 201312 yr The bigger the crowd the more Leigh get but its 2/3rds of not much anyway. I'm going, plenty who I know are going too - those Tongans are huge. They've been using our gym this last week, massive lads and most of them are playing NRL in Australia. Tickets are here plus available from the Leigh Sports Village ticket office direct. https://www.eticketing.co.uk/rlwc/default.aspx?utm_source=rlwcHome&utm_medium=TopRightBuyTicketsRedBox&utm_campaign=rlwcsite_reskin Buy them online and you can get tickets for the 1/4 final at DW stadium (which will probably involve England) half price.
October 28, 201312 yr will the game sell out do you reckon? - as I won't know until Thursday if I'll be up here next Tuesday
October 28, 201312 yr daft i suppose somebody somewhere will argue the match crowds will be higher with limited coverage Dunno mate. Stats stats and lies.... The England game on Saturday got 21% of the TV share....2.4 million people watched it. Or at least had it on
October 28, 201312 yr will the game sell out do you reckon? - as I won't know until Thursday if I'll be up here next Tuesday I will be surprised as our ground holds 12000 and its bommy neet. You might struggle getting 4 seats together, but should be OK for something.

October 28, 201312 yr You can get north stand terrace tickets for a fiver with discount code BOC Its not worth buying food when its that cheap.
October 28, 201312 yr They were outbid by a joint BBC/Premier Sports deal. Which is fine. If the BBC bothered fucking showing it. That NZ Samoa game last night was fucking brutal, one of the best games I have seen in a long time. But apart from the full house at Warrington, it was watched by myself and a welder from Halifax. Highlights might be on iPlayer sometime next Friday. Highlights of the weekend matches were repeated on BBC2 at lunchtime - they opened with NZ v Samoa.
October 28, 201312 yr Highlights of the weekend matches were repeated on BBC2 at lunchtime - they opened with NZ v Samoa. Yup. I've highlighted the problem bits

They're also being repeated on Prem Sports and I've just found out it's free on Virgin. Edit: Fucksticks can't remember my login details for Virgin anywhere and 'that part of the site is down for maintenance' anyway. Who does freckin maintenance during the day! Our Gym? Marriot in Worsley? My dad was in a Spin class with them there last Monday and in the Sauna with a couple of coaches on Tuesday morning.

October 28, 201312 yr Purchased! Me, the vulgar little man & a chain smooking commoner in a North Stand Sandwich! Splendid, I'll make sure my best Micky Mouse Onesie is clean for the occasion
October 28, 201312 yr Our Gym? Marriot in Worsley? My dad was in a Spin class with them there last Monday and in the Sauna with a couple of coaches on Tuesday morning. No mate. That's where their hotel is. That gym will be for the likes of Anton and Jessica to row and step and keep fit. In the centurions gym at lsv, the smallest dumbbell is 30kg. A mons gym. Big sweaty grrrr type place.
October 29, 201312 yr Matt - why cant I get a family ticket in the south stand for the 1/4 at wiggin? Its coming up as north only. Not a clue, but you're far less likely to be sat with pie eaters in the North so it's doing you a favour! Just shy of 9,000 at Rochdale tonight, a privilege to be there. I know there'd been plenty talk of the Fijian community there but there were thousands of 'em!
