Impose a rotational system on those available to be subs with a view of underperforming starters dropping out.

I think rotation is key. Keeps everyone interested and gives everyone a fair crack at it. I also think 2 subs could be the way forward. This does mean leaving 3 out every week though as we have a squad of 10. Maybe we need to make sure we have an attacking & a defensive sub in the squad each week to use as 'official subs' with the 8th man as a runner for anyone who needs to come off inbetween. This leaves 2 out every week and still gives us structured substitutions.

Swanny has already 'outed' for next week and I am happy to leave the 8 on who played so well last week, and sit out again. It will keep momentum going plus give my foot a further week to recover.
