March 17, 201511 yr Do you lot go anywhere pre match? I will be driving over I think Its normally straight to the ground for me as I drive but others who drink generally meet in the Peel Green (Rockhouse is a popular pub) part of Eccles and walk over. Getting away after the game, if you have parked at the ground, can be a pain though.
March 17, 201511 yr Correct. Not a bad way of testing the strength of any teams who are looking to get promoted. Not perfect, but not the worst idea the RFL have ever had. aye, i agree as it happens downside being leigh could declare after another dozen wins and finish 4th and be no worse off than finishing first? unless theres some home advantage to be had? also, the website i read up on, think its the official rfl one duel registration - tut tuy just comes across amateurish Edited March 17, 201511 yr by Casino

March 17, 201511 yr What's the best way from Manc City centre ?depends on what time but I would come out of town via Regent Rd, come off M602 at Eccles and head down Liverpool Rd to Peel Green. Park there and walk to the ground from there or travel to the ground and park there.

Dual reg is a farce that has got worse year on year. Works well with young kids. Less so when players with 200+ Super League games end up turning out.
March 17, 201511 yr Dual regs are to allow fringe super league players time to develop at lower league clubs and help lower league clubs with players. It's a glorified loan system. what it actually means is super league clubs don't have to spend a penny of their sky money on a reserves team but instead send them to smaller clubs to develop which pisses their players off who have trained 4 nights that week, only to be told the day before a game they aren't playing because Wigan have sent Charlie Smalltime down to take his place for the week.
March 20, 201511 yr Leigh 64 London 12 tonight. Not seen such a clinical performance in years, top drawer.
March 20, 201511 yr has wane got some incriminating photos? he talks like he never saw the insides of a classroom gotta be on borrowed time
March 22, 201511 yr Good win for the Vikings today in what can only be described as a proper dull match
March 24, 201511 yr Beltin. Leigh v Salford in next round of the challenge cup. Great test for us against a super league club, and a game they won't fancy.
March 25, 201511 yr Hock's got to get through 2 games without being sent off before playing us :-) Will be a good game, i'm nervous... Gay pile on?
March 25, 201511 yr Yeah. The only place in rl worse than Salford. Was like the village of the damned last year at your place. I do hope they bring the drum..it adds such a lot to the atmosphere...:-)
