The same problem at Crewe. Ive seen enough from the youngsters that we have played to show that they could make it at this level but its not easy when your put in a team full of so called experienced better players who are looking all at sea. The only one that I have a slight doubt about is Oscar after he got roasted at Crewe but even then it could have just been one of those days.

He probably needs to start looking at himself rather than those around him. Look the part, take your chance and he's got the makings of a decent player. But it's down to him in the first instance.

Yes he got his chance earlier but if we're to write him off then the others may as well be binned off too.
