Mounts Kipper Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 (edited) Like coyle with the keep the faith bollocks???Lennons a different kettle of fish don't worry about that, I think he will ship in and out who he wants in double quick time as he has with Beckford, he's already got the team playing 20% better. anewman Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Seems he has a new best mate in town. Mcginlay Quote
paulhanley Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 We should maybe think about trying Vela in midfield instead of Mark Davies. Andy Kellett might be worth a thought in the same direction once his loan at Plymouth ends. Quote
Ratwhite Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Yep. We were really lacking in that department today. Hope that's not a sign of how much we're going to miss Mark Davies. CYL needs to step up now. How much "more" does he need to step up? Thought this might be tricky. A draw keeps us moving. Still an early work in progress. This, said before the game I'd take a draw. Team under new manager, several new signings, ex-trotter playing for them, local derby, their cup final, shit pitch. Happy not to loose - we would have lost 1-0 under DF Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Seems he has a new best mate in town. Mcginlay Mcginlay was out with Coyle on Friday at Haydock. Quote
anewman Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 So there's a connection now with Coyle and lennon Then we fail to beat Blackpool. Hmph Quote

RONNIE PHILLIPS Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 There was a connection before, both ex-Celtic...anyway let's get started shall we?...Lennon out!! Quote
no balls Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 I think it's more that lennon loves Htown Quote
RONNIE PHILLIPS Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Probably reminds him of home... Quote

RONNIE PHILLIPS Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 No hate here NB, find Htown has a certain quaintness all of its own. Quote

Carlos Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Reminds me of where my brother lives, Hadfield where they filmed League of Gentlemen. Quote
onlyoneawalker Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Of what I can remember think we missed Mavies that bit of quality would have win it as for blackpool they've literally no chance of stopping up Quote
anewman Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Of what I can remember think we missed Mavies that bit of quality would have win it as for blackpool they've literally no chance of stopping up That's the key, he can open a team up need a replacement asap or kiss play offs good bye Quote
COYW Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 I drove over with partner and her nephew so got in early but we said at the time this is going to be mayhem later, queue to get to turnstiles, tickets checked and then 3 working turnstile. This was 2.20. Tinpot flatters them Didn't we have similar complaints from Huddersfield fans a couple of seasons back? Quote
COYW Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Thought Pratley did ok would have taken clayton off before him Don't know why he took Pratley off, he was doing alright. Spearing did nowt other than give away the free-kick which they scored from. Quote
COYW Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 We needed a goal Clayton more likely to score than Pratley, however your right Clayton was pish today. Clayton was stuck out on the right wing for most of the game. Quote
COYW Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 I didn't think it was a penalty I was right behind it and I also was sober. Might be wrong like. I think if it had been a penalty, they would have shown it in the highlights last night. Quote
COYW Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 people need a reality check , this team is a bottom half of the league team. I agree. We're miles off the top six. Just shows what a decent job Lennon has done i suppose. Quote
onlyoneawalker Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Gettin in was a ball ache fair few gettin turned away for bein pissed Quote
paulhanley Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 I asked yesterday but nobody answered. How much evidence was there of Bolton fans in the home ends? Lots on here were talking about that being the case in the days leading up to the match. Quote
freds dad Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Did anyone meet up with Bailey1980 for a beer and a chat? #bacon Quote
Sweep Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 That's the key, he can open a team up need a replacement asap or kiss play offs good bye Don't really think were in danger of getting into tha playoffs anyway, Lennon is doing well with what he's got, but he still has a lot of work to do with this squad. I'll be surprised if he can get this lot into the top half this season......unless he's allowed to make some massive changes in January Quote
