World Cup

It's started. We have Mitchell Johnson and David Warners slimy faces all over the TV today expressing much mirth and merriment at the poster the Aussies have released along the lines of "Lost - a pair of balls. If found please return to the England cricket team". This poster features a delightfully arranged pair of cricket balls to resemble a fine pair of rosy katangas.

If I were the management team for the England World Cup squad, I would plaster the posters all over the England dressing room. I can think of no better motivation for the Valentines Day game.

Will love it if we bore it right up the arrogant cunts.

India to nail th'aussies

Great finale to the NZ vs SA game. Really couldn't call it going into the last 2 overs. Great innings from Elliott to win it for the Kiwis.

Just need India to do their bit now

How sweet would that be. These fuckers have already cleared a place in the cabinet for the trophy.

I really hope NZ win it. Sends the Aussies as mad a England winning the FIFA World Cup did to the Scots. If they lose to India they'll all be sporting turbans on Final day.

No, no, no, I am not having that. He didn't ignore me. He scowled and grunted. I should have kicked him in the bollocks.

New balls please!

Mind you, he'd probably heard your Con Boutsianis story three times that day already (from you, going from floors 1-3  )

As always Satan, you make a very fair point. He may well have overheard that story over the couple of preceding days when I was boring innocent passers by with it in the hotel foyer  :D

fuck sake these aussie bastards are gunna win it

Looks like it, a terribly disappointing start

Pray for Bolty.

I have reverted to my 'Did they? I am sorry, I don't take any notice of minority sports' defence.

i feel for you. I cant bare the thought of them gloating all through the build up of the ashes. I really hope we do them in the ashes

  • Author

I always hope we do them but, in reality, slim pickings since I moved here in 1988.

That 'minority sports' defence has had a right workout, I can tell thee.

Still works though - stops a few in their tracks and they develop a frown whilst obviously thinking 'Is he serious?'.
