I need to get involved with NFL again, but need to choose a team. Was always a Dan Marino Miami Dolphins shirt wearing kid, but need some advice.

Which team is it worth following? Thinking about going down to Wembley to watch a game - anyone done it? Any help welcomed. Could just stick with the Dolphins and get tickets off Stub Hub for their game against New York Jets the day after the QPR game.

Which are the Liverpool/Man Utd of the NFL world to avoid?

No.

They are trading away their better (ha!) players for draft picks.

They are tanking to get the #1 pick themselves.

They currently have 2 x 1st, 2 x 2nd and a 3rd in both the next 2 drafts.

They hope to grab another 1st for Fitzpatrick (they apparently are holding out for a 1st and 3rd).

The only problem is there will be no talent to add to.

44-0 down at home, 1 second left, they call a timeout. Then they throw a INT. Of course they do.

somehow they'll still manage a win in Foxboro

Shame the Bears nicked a win still, always nice to beat the Viqueens.

Off to NY next week, get to watch the Giants at the MetLife, very excited

The giants look just as bobbins as the Steelers. But still better than the dolphins

I went to the giants jets 3/4 years ago as my missus supports the giants also and it was a treat for her. Great stadium and New York is just immense anyway.

I’m in NY next month to watch the pats vs the jets  also cannot wait for that

Yeah I love NY I’m a big basketball fan but unfortunately the season hasn’t started yet, so tried my luck so with the Giants tickets and managed to get some. Great stadium

Big Ben out for the season.

Steelers can join in the Tank For Tua race.

It’s a weird thing Tanking, can come back to bite you in the arse as well

If you’re going to tank you may as well rebuild completely. Trade away the big earners and negotiate some draft picks like the dolphins.

Steelers could well do that. They’ve lost a few stars and rapey Ben can’t have that much longer left so why not tank trade and rebuild.

Hope they do, and win.

As the Dolphins now have their first round pick in exchange for Fitzpatrick.

Good player but an odd move for the Steelers.

Never been a team to go big on a trade.

he's now been cut.

Does he get to keep his £7m signing on fee?

Thats an argument to come later.

The Unions point of view is that signing Bonuses are earned at the point of signing, no matter what,so he is due it in full.

The Pats will argue that he lied when he signed the contract (onmmision of known upcoming lawsuits), and so it is invalid.

Great start for the bills this season

Bring on the patriots

Given the amount of money involved you'd think they double check rather than take his word for it

It's not just the law suit but his stupidity and inability to keep his gob shut /fingers still that has got him cut.

Behaviour detrimental to the franchise will be what covers the Pats.

Stillers need to capitalise on these turnovers.

4 so far and only 6 points.

Magical weekend for those of us with Wisconsin sympathies. Badgers were immense and the Packers at 3-0 has a nice ring to it.

Highlight though has to be Daniel Jones in that Buccs-Giants game. Superb and looks like NYG have potentially found a new superstar.

Besides the Badgers ripping the Wolverines a new one, some amazing games in the NCAA this past weekend.

If you can find UCLA Bruins v Washington State Cougars - watch it!!!!!! Score fest with Defences on vacation it seems.

Delighted to see the Bulldogs beat Notre Dame in a classic and the 102,000 at Kyle Field was yet another astonishing crowd for an Aggies game.
