Well i  have lived near here for 25 years and worked near here since 1978. I can sincerely say " vile" is pretty ott. Come on down Dan and let me give you a tour. 

 

ps i was born in Halliwell and think that and Blackburn rd area is somewhere nearer "vile" these days.
