the US as 4.25% of the world population with over 25% of the deaths

you are right 100s of millions haven’t died in Britain. and your point

Texas now has more daily coronavirus cases than Italy when it was a global epicenter of the pandemic.

It has less than half the population of Italy.

Spin that into a positive. I’ll wait.....

Are you honestly tryIng to compare the deaths of a country of over 300 million to that of a country with a population of under 70 million

I should have mentioned death rate, I thought even you would have been Able work it out. My bad for assuming. However my point still stands. America’s  death rate is a lot more positive (prob not the right word) than Britains and other European countries.

One you maybe able to answer, why is it democratic states are suffering a lot more than republican ones?

You may want to revisit this in a few weeks.

Try using the evidence from today and even the last few months and see if you can make an educated guess what might happen to places like Texas.

Ive read a few army books, they do this debrief thing so they can use experience to plan and improve future missions.

But you don’t need a civvy telling you that.

I Don’t do guessing games. Like I said I’m talking about the present. If I listened to half of the scaremongering gawps on here with their “educated guesses” I would be living in a padded cell.

This is a bit different

if you run towards a wall, it’s not a guessing game that you’ll hurt yourself. Experience from the past coupled with education inform you that it’s just going to hurt.

With Covid, we have seen how it can spread without a lockdown.

i know you’re just being obtuse because it upsets you that we can see Trump for what he is.

But if you don’t think the situation in Texas is dire, then you are probably missing some cogs up in your belfry.

7000 new cases in Texas today, in Houston we've now exceeded the ICU capacity by about 20 and are now into Phase 2 (which is an extra 300 beds) after that the will have to start to convert normal rooms into ICU, which some 500 odd beds.

As well as the US having 25% of world deaths they also now have 25% of al  infections, so its all going very well

It could all just stop tomorrow though.

You’re only guessing it’ll be bad.

Haven’t they also done the most tests and have the most recoveries. You know for a bit of balance
