As for Rey suddenly learning how to use the sabre, she showed she has fighting skills earlier in the film, and she was told earlier to "close your eyes and follow the force", its possible she simply hooked to the force and just knew what was going to happen and let the force flow through her.. Also Kylo Ren's also shown her that he is scared of her whilst she was being questioned. Also being one of the few with the force, he wont have had much experience duelling. Not agreeing with this at all the force has never worked that way with anyone else ever; they've all had to work at it and study, either through live teachings or holocrons And yeah she knew how to fight, but that's not with a sabre. Ren was taught by Luke amongst others at his Jedi school; hence his fighting should have been far superior; he has also since been mentored (we are led to believe) by Snoke, so he's hardly been left alone with the force. One would assume that Snoke would have kept up his training so he can have been of more use. I agree that Ren did clearly fear her, but that would be due to "potential".
