Well not so much club any more as I've now been promoted to one on one sessions
.
Any road, I know I come across as a nice bloke but I can be a bit of a cunt and after a few 'incidents' I've been pulled back in to see a therapist.
Theres two things really that set me off, one is quite frequent and quite a complicated process but as its regular we've been able to break it all down as I can write down all my 'symptoms' immediately or soon after the incident and so we've pretty much nailed this and I've only had one 'incident' in the last fortnight.
Its the second scenario thats the issue and I need a bit of help with if possible please.
I am prone to losing my shit at the match but my therapist doesn't watch or understand football and as its close season and I've a baby on the way my sessions are going to be long finished so I'm not going to have the opportunity to note my emotional and physical feelings etc.
How can I articulate to someone who doesn't understand what some nobhead laughing at me and calling me a wanker after we've conceded a late loser does to me? (If I'd have got hold of that lad at Hull I'd not have stopped)
Can you even explain it or is it just one of those "If you know, you know" scenarios?
