Howard how pissed off will you/your buyers be if there’s a 1 week adjournment - essentially rendering the share recall useless by one day?

and do you think the judge will be aware of that which might play on his decision making?

To be clear, 

My party remains ready and able to call in the shares providing an extension is granted tomorrow. 

No extension makes it an impossibility, it’s not a case of pulling out or losing interest. 

In the meantime there are 1-3 other bidders attempting to purchase directly, one of whom presumably has the funds and will make an offer to Ken that is more attractive than our bid.
