Just been told of an old Bolton Wanderers mate sadly passing away. Known him since childhood and will be missed by all those that knew him at matches.

I'll not be there either, I don't do funerals.

I'm hoping the next one I attend is my own.

I shall, however, take a moment of quiet reflection before raising a glass for Alan, a man definitely in Bolty's 51%.

Talking to Nicola who wanted to know what Packy was like as an early teen. I told her when he played subbuteo at his house, if he was losing, he would withdraw all his players off the pitch and abandon the game.

A Wolves fan had travelled up as well. The tribute video from SJM, David Lee & Tony Kelly was a nice touch. 

Came from far and wide to give that respect to Alan who had Bolton Wanderers running through his veins
