Are we having Frank Carter with the Sex Pistols? He’s great, they seem to gel… but is it like alcohol free lager and going down on your sister?

I saw them 20 years ago, and it was weird- sweaty, angry, but middle aged men who’d now vote reform; and those were just my mates. Now I’m middle aged, and they don’t fancy it… not without Johnny.

Guessing FS isn’t with The Undertones, but JCC always good- big open air gig though

Be a wways pile on as Stranglers are supporting.

Well the Oasis tour has finished and they are still friends

What a great summer that was managed Heaton Park & Edinburgh

Wonder if Europe is announced next?

just a long run of dates at the same venue, unsure how many is realistic with sorting the pitch out for the following season

Pretty strong rumours they have applied for 4 nights at Knebworth.

If it goes dynamic pricing again reckon a long haul flight would be cheaper option

After all the hype this summer you reckon there'd be the demand to justify it?

Not convinced myself

They'll probably sell out 4 dates there but can't see there being the same frenzy for tickets

Both my yoofs seen them this year and would apply again.

I wouldn’t go as it’s a fucking long way from civilisation and like playing the I was there in 96, why would I watch them as OAPs card like did when cried missing Warrington Hall Roses reunion.

Venga Boys this year looked a right old laugh.

Cast last week, utter class as always. Skin....the lead guitarist is so so so good, never ever talked about, he even plays for Thin Lizzy now n again.

Got those new Soundcheck VIP access that many are doing....access at 4pm for 6 song soundcheck set-list, then Q&A with the band plus signed photo......about 100 of us....was class.

Keyside tonight at Band on the wall, belter band..very much like The La's....without the heroin.

Did you watch Pastel support?

Doing Cast in Torquay in January postponed from earlier in the month mainly to see them again.

Having seen Tim at same age and talked to Jack Yates a couple of times he’d be flattered but admit doesn’t have the groove.

Hopefully they’ll get recognition they deserve next year

Think he is actually a better singer than Burgess, just oozed aura Tim B really.

I think Tim Burgess comes across as a top bloke, having seen the Charlatans live a few times, just found them really boring every time. One of those bands that is much better on record.

The Pastels have been going for donkeys and are are/were so deritive they could be a small stream.

As for 'dynamic pricing' thats not what Oasis did, they price hiked.

Which you should do if people are daft enough to spend their money.

In your rush to sound superior you have confused 80’s Glaswegian jangle guitar indie pioneers The Pastels with who we are discussing Pastel.

The Ticketmaster tiered pricing excuse should have only been accepted by the CMA if the “in demand” pricing was advertised.

Cracking gig last night....such a good band....Keyside, defo recommend anyone to give them a listen.

Raging Speedhorn at the Star and Garter tonight. Bring on the riffs!

Love Raging Speedhorn - great venue as well - we played there once. Or rather we didnt as we busted the electrics

My terrible grunge band played there too wayyy back when.

The CMA actually determined it was a pre set tiered pricing structure, with the issue being they didn't tell anyone it was in place before they went on sale and chose to only advertise the cheapest tier prices
