  2. Not if Pedersen has his own way. http://home.skysports.com/list.asp?hlid=38...future&channel=
  3. Hell no. I imagine if we got Johnson and Jeffers, two strikers will be on their way out. Unless we get cover for Gardner at LB, Peds will stay, and although I can't see it, I'd love Borgetti to stay.
  4. Such as who? Playing devil's advocate a little.... Said it on here before but Boro could possibly sell Yakubu at that price. 23 years old. 40 goals in 87 PL appearances. But is Yakubu really the age he says he is? http://www.rsssf.com/tablesi/isra02squads.html Scroll down to Maccabi Haifa, and he is at the top along with DOB. I realise Nigerians are questioned a lot by their age. Frankly I don't believe that he is the age that link says, but Obafemi Martins was certainly questioned.
  5. Not like you to be so positive Tony, you miserable, whiney c??nt.[/u]
  6. I rate him. Certainly one of their best players. Has struggled in the Prem in the past, but last season was tipped for England by Baggies fans. Impressed me a lot throughout 05/06 and I wouldn't mind him as cover. Can also play at centre back.
  7. For a Basque XI, against Wales. 7:15pm http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/i...als/5000308.stm
  8. Have to say Watford, but don't like either. Still hold a grudge on Watford, whereas I hate the not-right dirty Leeds fans. They spoil several minutes silences. Remember when they started singing during Eddie Hopkinson's minute memorial? [-X
  9. Think everyone was always excited when we got linked with Camara. Rumour has it though he's been as bad as Diouf since he returned fro the ANC. (Well almost) And he must be one of the most disloyal players in the world.
  10. Camerone Jerome at 19, with bags of pace, and looks as if there are goals in him. Could be worth a risk at about three and a half million.
  11. Would just play the Davies role I reckon. And even Davies scores more goals. Remember he also went on loan to Charlton for a season before Villa. Scored about five in those two seasons. Maybe worth a risk, but no goalscorer.
  12. Tractormen - Ipswich - tractors on floor Window sill has some trains on it - Crewe Alex? Railwaymen? Blades (swords on floor) - Sheff Utd
  13. Keane will be first choice along with Berbatov next season. No chance of him being available. He was class this season, and let's face it. Hes better than Defoe. Rumour has it Mido won't be signed permanently, and Berbatov is his replacement. Besides, I think he'd come to a bigger club than us to be honest. Or a club that comes in for him, like Everton have for AJ.
  14. Luque wouldn't do anywhere near as good a job in England. He often played as a wing forward in the Primera Liga, cutting inside on either wing regularly. It was obvious from day one that he wouldn't succeed. Great crosser of the ball, but far too weak to be anywhere near as good in this division. Look at players such as Forlan who have revelled in Spain.
  15. Other than a change of clothes, a spare pair of pumps and a couple of towels? Aye, some deodrant and shower gel.
  16. Borgetti is actually 33 this summer. But I reckon he has a hell of a lot in his locker, and should be given more of a chance. I think he's my favourite player. However, would Davies be anywhere near as effective should we revert to a new formation?
  17. The way I see it though, is that without players of this calibre, we may fail to perform as well as we have in the last 3 seasons, thus losing out on money due to the fact that the season we may lose out on the top half. The higher we finish, the more money we receive, plus if we finish in the top half again next season, the season after we will probably receive more money from TV, advertisement etc.
  18. Mendy was as bad as Hunt for defending if not worse. We used him as a right wing back most of the time, and on the right wing. I'd love him back to fill in on the wing for our formation. He'd work well there. Surely the quickest Bolton player ever. After Ian Marshall of course.
  19. Bextor? http://www.wanderersways.com/forum/viewtop...pic.php?t=26275 :-$
  20. Ahhh, Eidur Gudjohnson... http://media.putfile.com/Eidur-for-bolton
