With housing associations yes... They bid for money from the housing corporation in years this one finishes in march and has run for three years, they are all now putting their bids together for the march 15-18 trench of works.... Unfortunately as the costs now increase...there will be reduced grant available, with the government also wanting increased specification e.g building more thermally efficient to reduce energy consumption and running costs for the residents.... Land owners now also seeing the turn in the market are expecting to realise some increase in investment..... Be interesting to see how it pans out...

I do genuinely believe that the moonmen in charge of this club have the fingers and toes crossed that he can keep us up.
