Who gives a toss about the Carling cup, really? If we were flying high and notching points up then I could see some sense in taking it semi-serious from just a WAFA perspective at most but for a small club like Bolton it really is just a distraction. The Carling cup is just an excuse for the bigger clubs with large squads to stretch the legs of the fringe players.

Not me, not going to any of the WAFA games this year, home or away.

I really hope we don't get Jewell - I don't think he will be any better than Lee to be honest. Are our star players like Anelka and Spitter going to look up to him with respect and want to play for him? I doubt it.
