  1. Would you kindly fetch me back 200 Richmond kings, and a bottle of Cognac. Thanks in advance
  2. Of course, but Phil Neal had to obtain those players in the first place -give him some credit ffs
  3. It could be argued that Phil Neal laid the foundations for Rioch. Don't get wrong, Rioch was superb for this club - Allardyce just took us to another level.
  4. Allardyce - 8 seasons in the top flight, 4 top 10 finishes, 2 European qualifications Rioch - did he even manage a full season in the top flight? No contest, stop fishing mick.
  5. Those bogs look positively sanitised, compared to the Lever End toilets of old. In the days before they seated the lever end, the toilets there were really something to behold! The bogs nearest Manny rd were the worst imo, only one door in and out - and 2 pee troughs on either side as you waded in. There were a thousand cig butts thrown into the troughs, they inevitably blocked the drainage - and the urine just poured over and onto the floor, resulting in having to stand in 2 inches of pee! As for the crapper There was only one i think, the seat was either always broken or missing - the lock was always knackered, as was the flush - and there would be the contents of someones bowels splattered all over the toilet bowl. Ah Burnden.........Happy days
  6. The Islamist -Ed Husain http://www.penguin.co.uk/nf/Book/BookDispl...1030432,00.html

  14. That was incredible, it sent a shiver down me owd spine
  15. I find it ironic that one of the teams shirt sponsors are UNICEF - really setting a good example to kids ::
  16. More like horses for courses Bolty - i just think black folk do soul music better than anyone else, but if it was punk i wanted to listen to, then no-one can beat the honkys and if for instance i wanted to listen bhangra music - Asians are probably unbeatable
