  1. Is it when we played Fulham in the league cup and Bobby Moore was sent off for the only time in his career? Think he was upset that we scored the equaliser after 98 minutes and rest of team refused to come out for extra time

  12. Remember her, seemed quite up for it. At one point landlady gave in & just let everyone serve themselves. Went in the year after, only a few of us & all soft at that but everyone very wary of us
  13. Just read the whole thread, many memories of cracking games. First game stood up without my dad was Keegan's first season as player, Burnden Paddock was fun that day. Anyone go to Peterboro in early 90s? Police told us after match to leave pub as we were in the 'Lions Den'. Looked round & realised full of Bolton, had one of best nights following BWFC topped off by 15 or so of us missing last train & sleeping rough / in DSS hostels etc.

Bloke at work (not an ST holder) reckoned before he came to us that he was a good player who couldn't score, but he didn't start many games which wouldn't help. Happily take him back now

So how many are going then? After 19 pages have lost count of it all
  22. On average none (at least I think so)
  23. Knight can't defend & just lumps the ball forward whenever he gets it. Better off without him & always have been.
