Referring back to what Smiffs says about collecting the money etc. He's spot on. I found the best way was to collect the money up front and it's non-returnable. This worked well for the Nimes to Marseille trip I organised too. Alternatively I put everything on mr H's credit card and if they don't pay, they owe him the money. they soon pay up.

Cheers Zoz. It did run well: we stepped out of Sofia Airport and our luxury coach with leather seats etc awaited us. They took us to our hotel and promised to be back at 7am the next day. They arrived on time, but the Luxury coach had been replaced with a bog-standard one for the long trip to Skopje: I wonder why? Was it after they'd seen us or didn't they trust the macedonian gypos not to rob it?

It was me. And yes, the grief was unreal. I organised a coach from Sofia to Skopje and back (yes, THAT coach!) and charged folk ?25 a head for it. I had to give the coach company ?2000 of my own money in cash as a deposit which they held until they'd inspected the coach afterwards and folk still accused me of profiteering. I ran a minibus to West Ham, which barely broke even, because folk dropped out at the last minute. yet, I'd do it all over again, if I thought the interest was there. However, i don't see much of a market for it anymore: BWFC are providing more and more free travel: other private organisers (Walkden Whites etc) always tend to have spare places. But, if you want it: it can be sorted.
