Depends on the infraction. Violent conduct is generally three games. I'm fairly certain a professional foul is just a one match ban.

Doesn't a failed appeal increase the length of the ban? If it's just one game, I can see them just swallowing that pill and moving on. We have options in defence at the moment.

He's a defensive midfielder, it's not like they're often recognized as doing much "of note". He breaks up play nicely, and (usually) has a calm head on his shoulders.

Depends on who you ask. I'm sure if you ask the residents there they would claim oppression... but then they'll go out of an evening to live their gangland lifestyles rather than studying and working hard to try and get into a college and better their own situation. The main problem is people asking for handouts in order to get opportunity rather than working for it. Affirmative Action was intended to give a hand to minorities who are "struggling", but all it does is incite further separation between races and resentment, which only serves to make racism more of a problem... which is the point I was trying to make in the first place.

Not at all. I have plenty of friends who aren't white who work really hard for what they have. I also have white friends who blame all of their problems on minorities. It works both ways.
