Does anybody else suffer from this? I've had this for years now and it's not good! I've tried keeping a mental note of certain foods and alcoholic drinks that can trigger my ibs, but that doesn't always work. My ibs is stress related, so I am pretty much screwed, as my job is stressful, so I just need to keep my symptoms under control. I've been taking Buscopan for a while now, which is pretty good. IBS help!

Hello! My Mrs wants to go to Greece next summer, so I am now doing my homework! We like to go to about 3 different places, spending around 3 nights in each location. I have thought about flying to Parga, then getting the ferry to Paxos and then a ferry to Corfu, staying in Kassiopi. As we haven't been to Greece before, does this sound any good? We don't like chavvy destinations, a nice harbour, with plenty of restaurants and tavernas is our kind of thing. Any recommendations on a multi trip to anywhere in Greece is much appreciated!

Yeah, not a big shock is it? I have a parking permit for car park C and you can normally hang the permit on your inside mirror when you arrive at the entrance, but not this year, I had to wave it around to the car park steward, like I was Mr Bean or someone and he wasn't even looking!

I think we've got 3 games now in 11 days, Blackpool on Tuesday, Wimbledon next Saturday and Bristol Rovers the following Wednesday. It's going to be a very long season and I think we need a couple more additions asap, especially if Pratley is injured.

Really enjoyed today, even though I was on my tod Thought the Blades were much the better team, until Spearing scored and then after that, we seemed to settle and I thought we were the better team, especially in the 2nd half. Wheater & Beevers should be sound in this league, I thought Spearing had a decent game and washing machine had a good game too. We still need a right winger, as Wilson isn't the answer and a quality poacher is needed too, but overall, delighted with a win and a clean sheet playing against the title favourites.

I still can't work out which midfield position is best for both Trotter & Pratley. I thought when Pratley had his best spell for us a couple of seasons ago, he was playing in a more sitting midfield position, maybe that's his best position? Trotter seems to be better in a more advanced midfield roll, but it is worrying that having these kind of players, we're still no wiser to which is their best position.

I've got a Golf TDI that VW have asked to be recalled, I've just ignored the one letter that they've sent me. VW can fook off, I'm not booking a days holiday for that. I've also had the car remapped and I don't want them cocking up the extra bhp and fuel economy either.
