  1. To be honest, I would say most of the clubs in our region hate us, they just need to be reminded why every so often 😃
  2. No I was a scruffy punk. You are kidding right, I didn't have my cycle proficiency badge. Run, only after the Eton lad who took this piss. What's a £20 note? They called me by my first name (so Eton comment above). Come on mate, i'm from Bolton, we don't do hampers. Pink Floyd........no. No, but got invited to a posh house who had one.
  3. More like the Queen Anne up Deane, Vulcan was too posh for me
  4. . I think a lad who went to Deane is allowed to show off every so often
  5. Oxford is better, but then again, I would say that as I went there

I used to be in wsl, to the right of the away dugout, about half way up, great view
  7. Yeah, can't defend Dixon regarding that
  8. Was thinking more like Fracking land
  9. The club has been saying they already have scouted out and know where they want to strengthen, so I am hoping that is true and the players they actually want are already in line to be brought in. Just interested now to see who they actually are, hence me wanting it all done early
  10. I just hope if we do any business during the window, it is done early on. I'm interested to see if he is given any money as well.
  11. Looked to me that their lad got a lucky deflection for the goal, plus he was left free by the defence, I'm not blaming Dixon for that
  12. My take on this is pretty simple, politic had a bad injury, went out on loan, done very well in a side that let's him play to his strengths when he gets on, scored a couple of goals, and is getting fitter, although still prone to an injury here and there, but that is expected, especially after his long lay off. I'd stay at Vale if I was him, if he came back here, where would the lad play, he isn't going to replace doyle, kachunga, afolayan or amaechi. He's done well, and I hope he comes back here but he won't get a game at the moment
  13. The one where we were on the open terrace and had 5 different types of weather in 90 minutes, and I had a fake tan from the wind chill?
  14. Many people have an impact on your life, some far less then others. It seems to me, that from a very simple idea, creating a message board for Wanderers fans to have a voice, something we hadn't had before, grew into a community of like minded folk. Very few people have such an impact on so many. If there is one thing to remember a fellow wanderer for, it is this simple thought, he brought us all together. Cheers Neil.
  15. Worse home loss in the league ever to this lot....I think
  16. I don't know why people are worried to be honest, apart from a couple of small set too's, they won't show, they never have, and a couple of them mouthing off online won't make up for that fact. There's no town hall steps near the ground for them to take pictures of
  17. They were spotted way before they opened their mouths, we were all around them hehe

We kicking towards our fans in 2nd half?
  19. No, if it is a dress do, has to be the correct attire
  20. He had a stroke in May, but is now back home recovering, hopefully he will be okay.
  21. They still would be running away from the co op
  22. I always new this would be a tough season, especially with a new manager and still under the transfer embargo for last summer. I was hoping we could be top 5 by now, but the inconsistency is a stark reminder of how hard it is to build a promotion team with cast offs. I'm still hoping we can make it top 3, all the teams here are inconsistent, bloody Carlisle are top, so I remain optimistic, but if we stay down here one more season, i wouldn't be surprised, still nearly 4 months to go so you never know
  23. Des McBain did some as well, he wasn't popular with us Manny Roaders

  25. Cruyff for me everyday of the week, he influenced the whole team in a great Dutch side
