  1. Just for a bit of perspective, 7 out of the 15 Derby players playing today are new players for them this season, and all from a division higher, so I'm not surprised they were better then us. I think it is a bit harsh on our players, when you compare player to player. I said play offs would be our ending position, and I think that would be a good season, going up would be a pleasant surprise, as apart from Barnsley, the rest above us have better squads
  2. I can assure you, away fans didn't like that walk from town to burnden
  3. He'll be ghosting in at the back post to score from corners
  4. He's here on loan, so if he performs...fantastic, if not he goes back. Good luck to the lad, you just never know
  5. Just a feeling, completely irrational
  6. As insane as this sounds, I would actually fancy us in the playoffs

I have the app running through the blu ray player and the picture is better then using the sky box
  8. It's Nixon, so I wouldn't put any money on his sources, as he is no longer close to the club
  9. need another angle, but looks like he has his hand in Traffords face
  10. he'll be a bit more relieved now
  11. I bet Modric is regretting letting Neymar carry on his run after he was covering him
  12. been saying for years, the big european nations tell FIFA to do one and they'll shit themselves, they need our revenue stream to keep going. Anyway, hopefully a draw between these two
  13. Wow, no comment about ringing yet....😀
  14. I've never been so underwhelmed for the start of a world cup
  15. Interesting comments regarding our current form and some expectations. All valid to be fair. My take on the season so far is that we are actually in a strong position in 6th, and if we stay in and around here by Christmas, I'm hoping for another strong finish in the New Year. Something just isn't clicking at the moment, but it is fine lines, and Evatt can sort it out. I've noted teams recently have tried to strongarm us, which has been our weakness, but we are standing up to it a bit more Nothing is guaranteed obviously, however, Evatt has proven in the past, that he does have a second half of the season surge. On to the next match, which is definitely winnable
  16. Yes. I used to see her at the matches with a bloke 20 years older (at least), whom I thought was her dad...it was her boyfriend
  17. Great watch that, Pidcock could be something special, and he hasn't even shown how good a sprinter he is. Geraint had a good stage as well
  18. I used to try and emulate zico or boniek
  19. Says striker on his page
  20. 287 app 53 goals (give or take)...so not that great as a striker which surprised me, as I had thought he was better then that

    Derby

It sort of feels like those years, where we picked up older experienced players when we were in the old division, and it failed...forcing us to rebuild with at first Phil neal, and then more successfully under bruce
  22. With his son as chancellor?
  23. You need to do a book signing somewhere mate

    Derby

The plan, which has been jointly agreed by the new ownership and the EFL, includes restrictions in respect of transfers fees, player wages and agents’ fees. Any application to register players must comply with the terms of those agreed plans. That bit from the EFL is interesting, as I am betting these players that are signing, are doing so for a couple of grand a week, and their agents won't be getting involved for nothing
