  1. Just back from the Ticket Office. 11k sold so far. They told me that Everton had sold 4k.
  2. Yes. I was offered a 3 year price freeze at £2100 per season for the 1877 Suite. I thought sod it and take the deal. I think this is my 3rd season in Hospitality and I’ve seen improvements each season with the food and service. Delighted with the seat I’ve got and as a suspicious bugger I’m not prepared to give it up anytime soon.
  3. I’ve just bought my Platinum ticket for next season and tbf to the Club they’ve offered everyone a £150 loyalty reduction on the advertised £2k price for renewing your ticket before the end of June, happy days. Totally understand your comments and observations BB regarding the service but the lads and lasses working in the room are mainly students (on minimum wage I guess) trying to earn a few extra quid and I’ve always found that they all try their best for you. We’re moving back across to a newly renovated suite (used as a temporary court for covid last season) so it’ll be interesting to see whether the service and catering are improved upon going forward. Personally I’m not too bothered about the food and drink element as I’m there primarily to watch the game and I’ve really missed my seat which overlooks both benches. Observing the shenanigans between IE and the opposing bench is worth the admission price alone at times!
  4. Our Captain leaves 14 games into the season…. 😳. Unprecedented doesn’t cover this if true.
  5. Kevin Nolan…. Thank you for recommending Dapo to us, the lad is a bit special. COYWM!
  6. Thanks for posting BB, I wouldn’t have seen or read this otherwise.... Paddy was one of my favourite players whilst he was with us, never shirked a challenge and gave 100% everytime he put on the shirt. I’m devastated that his life post Football spiralled out of control to such an extent. I really hope he’s in a better place with his life today. I will certainly be buying his book when it’s released.
  7. First of the two or three pre match visits to the little room completed! Bolton and easy are never seen in the same sentence. COYWM.
  8. That’s excellent news! I’ve just been sounded out this morning by the Corporate dept regarding my renewal intentions for next season. No pricing details as yet but I’ve reassured them that I’m all in regardless of cost and all I ask is that they keep my previous seat open (bloody superstitious). I’m in a very fortunate position financially and I believe in the management team on and off the pitch and I’m happy to back them as much as I can regardless of which league we are in next season..... Once in never out!
  9. Absolutely spot on Mounts. Hopefully IE will give the lads a little bit of time off during the week to get them fully focused on Saturdays game. Definitely got the feeling that nerves and the occasion got to them especially after the break. Although I’m sure some of our fans will be at Crawley I’m kind of relieved that the fixture is being played 200 miles away as a local game would have been bedlam. COYWM!
  10. They deserved to win the first half 1-0 and we deserved the 2-0 second half. My nerves are shot! Thomason made all the difference for me, that lad has something about him and I’m delighted that Evatt made the change when he did. Let’s go again on Tuesday evening. COYWM.
  11. I want a positive result and a couple of early goals would certainly calm my nerves. I expect the set pieces and throw in’s to be peppering our box all afternoon. The defence needs to be switched on from the get go. Scrappy 2-1. COYWM!
  12. Ahhh right, thanks for putting us right Matt.
  13. I’ve just received the renewal details for the Platinum Suite this morning (I’ve been pestering them for weeks). If there’s a similar take up to last season and with the new Covid restrictions in force there’ll be no scope to open up that area to other fans I’m afraid.
  14. The MK Directors seated behind me were extremely pleased and delighted with there Goalkeepers penalty save, cue much clapping and cheering. I’m happy to report that I completely lost it after our last minute goal and they didn’t appear to appreciate my reaction. I really must calm down or risk a ban from that section.....still buzzing.
  15. Yes. Platinum Suite is £45 a head with a plated meal and half time refreshments.
  16. Traf in answer to your question. My previous seat was in the West Stand Upper and I fancied staying on that side of the Stadium tbh. My only choice she informed me was to go with Platinum so we skipped the other options in the East Stand so I wasn’t quoted prices for those packages. For information I’ll be paying £1750.00 which will also include the postponed Doncaster fixture.
  17. I popped down to the Stadium yesterday to ask about Hospitality and I was directed to Main Reception from a very busy Ticket Office. Main Reception rang through for me and a couple of minutes later a lady joined me in the reception area. She informed me that she had a prior appointment in 20 mins but would go through all the options with me. I decided to go Platinum in the end and interestingly she was unable to accept payment from my Debit Card at that time. Bank Transfer however was acceptable and I should be receiving details today via email to complete the transaction. When I asked her how busy they were she replied that they’ve been “snowed under”. She also informed me when asked that the new owners were like a “breath of fresh air”.
