Eeeeeeeeeew!!!, gross but funny.

Good old Boris 'Chopper' Johnson, showing Ze Germans how to play football. To my eyes that was a perfectly good tackle, and will not here anything to the contrary about it,!!!
-
Still can't make my mind up whether I love or hate the the red white and blue striped one, from the mid 2000s. Wish someone would get off their tuckas and do a repro of the kit that most Bolton Wanderers fans want, the 1979/80 home kit.

Just looked at an article on t'internet and there's still an impressive group of players who have made it from non league into league football, Jamie Vardy, Troy Deeney, Grant Holt, Gary Hooper etc, so it can still be done. Just wish that we could find one or two.

Fantastic player til they made him a winger, wtf?. Will see your George Oghani and raise you Tony Philliskirk,!!!
-
Can I just add one name to this argument pleaee?, Tony Caldwell, signed from Horwich RMI for around £2500 I think in the early '80s and knocked in a shed-load of goals for us in the time that he was with us.

Stelios was a great player for us no doubt, but know absolutely nothing about his business acumen. Don't want the club forever trapped in a constant cycle of financial uncertainty.
-
Tricky, our record of players come coaches/managers is pretty much 50/50 to be honest. (Armfield, Greaves, Neal, Allardyce, Rioch etc against Coyle, Megson, Lennon, Wright etc).

If he'd made up songs about most of the squad from last season, he'd need a very good lexicon of swear words,!!!

Would have loved to have heard what the late great Dave Higson would have made of Sunday,!!!.

Think I know for sure who'll win player of the year now after today's shenanigans.

Thank fook that's all over, don't think I could have taken much more excitement. My 'Sheriff's Rusty Badge' was twitching so much at the end I was afraid it was going to implode and create a black hole into which all life as we know it would disappear into. That aside we desperately need a major rebuild for next season as we're just not good enough. But for now it's time to par-tay for the next say month or so at one of THE greatest football escapes of all time.

Ey up me ducks!!!. Sorry chaps and chapesses, but what I know about football you could write on a gnats foreskin with a thick pencil, so I humbly and respectfully decline your offer to manage the club!!! At the moment I'm so tightly clenched, I need to crowbar to remove myself off the sofa and will be til 2:30 tomorrow. I really hope by some miracle we can stay up but it's looking grim for us, especially if we have to rely on other results to go our way. I'm still keeping the faith though, as it's all you can do at a time like this. As for Phil Parkinson however...

Wow that's saying something. Would you say worse than the Gary Megson?
-
Sorry mate, but busy next weekend,!!!

I third that!!!

2-0 down now, show some chutzpah for fucks sake!!!
-
Still think I should have put more Sleepy Sleepy Snoozy Snooze in his water bottle,!!!

What we could do with is Forest filling their (football) boots against Barnsley in case it all comes down to the minutiae of goal difference. 2-0 so far is a good result for us, but unfortunately our fate is now in our hands now and that worries me. Needless to say I'm shitting kittens at the moment, although a bit of schadenfreude at Barnsley's expense is cheering me up a little bit!!!

Considering how we've been playing all season, I think every match is a must win one, especially when taking into account the unpredictable form of the teams around us.
-
This is a must win game, but considering our away record and their slight renaissance, I don't think we'll get anything from it. But out of sheer desperation (Which this situation needs) I'm going for a 1-1 draw, ALF to bag us an unlikely point. On a cheerier note thought I'd share a quick joke I heard about 'The Spuds'. Have just heard a rumour that Tottenham Hotspur are going to be sponsored by Pfizer, the makers of Viagra next season as they constantly struggle to get past a semi. I'll get me coat!!!
-
At the moment I think we'd lose against St. Winifred's School Choir, let alone Burton and Forest.

Blimey, a second vote of confidence...D'oh made the same mistake AGAIN,!!!
