So if £10 a game in the North & £13 a game in the East & West are to expensive. what do you suggest the club should charge ? These prices are already ridiculously cheap as they are, apart from maybe Bradford who give them away I'll be surprised if many others in League 1 or 2 charge lower prices for seating.

Aye some would moan if the club sent a taxi to pick them up & drop them off, with free ale all game. Its like they were forced to buy one (arm up the back) last season knowing that we wouldn't get back in. Surely most of us bought a ST last season out of loyalty for the club, to put money in the coffers etc. I actually think that these prices are too low and may affect the type of players the club can afford to enable us to progress, regardless of whether we are in League 1 or 2 next season. I can't recall what we used to pay to get into Burnden but I bet these aren't much more expensive ?

I actually think the opposite, the majority will be ok with it & think that paying £10 a game or £13 a game is bloody good value, regardless of what's happened this season (as others have said its dearer at some non league grounds) Most fans who bought for this season knew that it would be unlikely that we would get back in, so I honestly don't know what some expected the club to do, charge £5 a game ? and at the same time improve the team.

Yes but when is the last time we played to our best Cambridge ?, what if Crawley are up for it is it a defeat if its their cup final. Why can't our players raise their game to get us over the line and play like its our cup final ? Why didn't our players play like today was their cup final ?, people seem to accept that others may raise their game in an important game, but why can't our players raise their game ?

Our players just don't have it in them to fight & scrap, great when they are allowed to play but any team who gets amongst us will have success. We have no characters & fighters in this team, they should have took confidence from scoring first and gone on and won today, but they shrink & hide, Exeter are not a good team but they deserved that today 2nd half because they showed up and wanted it more. I may be wrong but I can't think of another Bolton side since the early 80's that were so un competitive & soft. They had everything to play for today but shit out.

I'll be very surprised if Labour get back in power in the next 10 years or so. I have several friends & family who were passionate labour voters but almost all of them don't vote for them anymore & are highly unlikely to ever do so again. Only a few of them vote Tory as I always do, others just waste their votes & vote for anyone other that the two main parties. I don't actually mind Keir, but in general the current Labour party are just not credible, some of their shadow cabinet such as Ashworth, Raynor, Dodds, Nandy, Lammy, Thornberry etc. just look unwashed & trampy and shouldn't be let near a TV camera never mind ever being involved in forming a government. IMO it will take a very long time for Labour to recover and become a credible opposition, they are currently a laughing stock and can't be taken seriously on anything.

Another one talking shit, having lived just off Willows Lane until 84/85 it wasn't a shithole at all far from it, from the bottom of Melbourne Rd to Willows Lane and down to Rigby's chippy on Deane Church Lane was decent in the 80's - compared to most of Daubhill from Deane Church Lane down to town it really was a decent area. It started to go down hill a bit in the mid to late 90's. Willows Pub was decent back in day.

Alf, Willows Lane was sound 40 years ago, what a daft thing to say it was certainly not a shithole.

Also, I'm sure a few on here know Mr H (JH) - top lad & very good player who played for the mighty Vulcan (Deane), probably the best amateur player in Bolton in the late 80's / 90's and could have made it professionally, it would be great to meet up with John again & have a beer or 6, if anyone could assist that would be appreciated.

Mounts, I'm sure that it was only a 10-1 fluke win with us still pissed up. I'm sure I scored with my left foot from outside the box, although I'm also sure dogger never scored. Look forward to seeing you, T & Issac etc. when we are allowed back, our leader has asked me a few times to come to the hotel, but I'll deffo come & have a beer as soon as we can, as I said loads of great memories from years ago with your boys and some proper scrapes that we all somehow survived.

Mounts, there's a few of us old Vulcan lads who could play a bit, as well as keep up with the LH lads at Bolton games. They were great times though with a lot of memories. I've told our leader that I'll have a beer with you & the old LH boys in the hotel when we are allowed back in.
