If he has lost the support of the players then I hope he does walk. His job is to motervate them to get results or at very least effort. Pretty much all the players have played regularly in the premier league at some point in there career so they have to have something more about them than what they are currently showing. If players are not putting in a shift and getting booed by there own fans then the blame maybe unfairly has to lie with the manager. I'm struggling to see how he can turn this around now, I think it's to big a job for him

When dougie came along he told us all he was not afraid to make big desisions the only one I can see so far has been to get shot of SKD. If he knows some big time Charlie's don't have the disire to give 100% then why are they still playing over some of the yoof who are chomping at the bit to play. The SKD desision reminded me of the mclaren dropping beckham. I'm not saying SKD should have stayed but at least we know his disire could never be questioned Until he gets a settled team and formation I can't see results changing. Iv seen knight play well alongside a fast partner like Cahill or Dawson but I don't think I have ever seen wheater and thought he had a good game
