I can not see how he's going to turn things around so what good can come from giving him till six games into next season. This season is as good as done for us so time to give someone else the time to review the squad and put a plan in place to mount a serious challenge next season

I have wanted rid of this plonker since about 4 games in. He has no ability to motivate players or even fans. To be fair the ref touch the ball more times than most of our players yesterday but ream stuck out from my view, just my opinion

Ream looked confident and calm on the ball unlike others around him baptist was run ragged against lua lua who on most occasions I have seen for Brighton is usually easily guided into the corners were he is less of a threat as can't cross for toffee. Real issues seemed to be getting time on the ball, we didn't pass the ball from back thru to the front enough, long balls to ngog are never going to work and looked lethargic when closing down / blocking
